Know Before You Party
To keep the fun safe and stress-free for everyone, please review our simple rules and guidelines:
All packages are for 30 people.
Seating will be reserved for the number of children participating.
All packages are limited to 2.5 hours of party time. All party members are required to leave the facility when the allotted party time ends.
Birthday Party Requirements:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation.
The number of children attending, along with extra food and beverage orders, are required at least one week prior to the party date.
No outside food or drinks may be brought into the facility with the purchase of a party package. You are allowed to bring in a birthday cake/cupcakes IF A PARTY HAS BEEN RESERVED.
If you arrive with more guests than guaranteed, Yoyo’s will do their best but cannot guarantee extra accommodations.
Rules and regulations of Yoyo’s for general admissions apply. Please remind your guests that socks must be worn for all children and participating adults.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit may be used for any future event if the party is canceled at least two weeks in advance. If less than a two week notice is given, the deposit will be non-refundable and non-usable.
